this might be it
the reason i think people are asking about uploading is that you have something that says you can gain credits by uploading albums
You earn credits by uploading.
Each picture you upload earns you 1 credit to start with.
If your album is approved, then it earns 10 credits per picture in the album.
Example. You upload 99 pictures. You earn 99 credits to start with + 990 credits once the album has been reviewed and approved.

Good point. That message was disabled when I turned off the credits system, but I had to turn the credits system back on to pay people for the spread the cheer contest.

How can I disable flash?
How to disable Flash
In IE you should go to menu saying TOOLS then go down to Internet Options
then go on to Program tab click on it then go down to Manage Add-ons
there may be many lists to run on the internet... Just go down to Shockwave Flash, then you can disable it... then click on OK button... then click on OK buttons until all of dialogs are cleared out. It may require that IE to be restarted. I don't know much about the other web browsers...
If you have any problem just reenable flash...
